I have always been fascinated in visual media but also in the understanding of the technical and dynamic world that is digital media. My work is emotionally driven often influenced by my own experiences and environment yet I tend to be self critical wanting perfection for my audience. Much of my work evolves though digital forms yet I do not excuse its aesthetic engagement.

My interest in digital media spans a wide spectrum and I have always been passionate about music. Thus upon leaving school I pursued further education in music technology. It was during these studies I gaining valuable skills in working within the musical medium but also an understanding of what it is like to work within a creative industry, one that is highly critical.

It was during this course that I discovered my interests in designing multimedia content working with such applications as flash and Dreamweaver to deliver my creative output.
Other interests include a keen passion for photography in both digital and film formats. I particularly enjoy shooting body profiles, experimenting with light and working with medium format cameras. Other pastimes include cinema with a special interest in the British and World screen. I regularly enjoy attending local film screenings that I find inspirational for my own work.
I have the urge to pursue something I have the utmost passion for. An area in which I would like to develop my technical skills and creative expression, but ultimately an artistic medium in which I’ve always felt I should be a part of, Digital Media!
Is this just about meaningless personal website? Well yes but being a member of the digital media community I felt it important to have an active presence on the web.
Hopefully I can use this space to share my thoughts and ideas, network with likeminded people and showcase my own work and projects.
